Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a nonic, the beer is a hazy, caramel coloring, with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of sweet and tangy caramel, subtle roasted nut, sugary taffy, and hints of toffee. Very sweet, but subtle aromas. Flavors are roasted caramel forward, but only for a flash, washed away quickly on an effervesced, light body. Subtle nut sweetness, with hints of fresh, wet hops bitterness. Light, frothy, slightly astringent finish. Meh.
