Don't remember this beer and by my rating I can see why. Do remember the name and the can. I'm not a big fan of hoppy lagers so that may be the reason for the low score. 25 IBUs

Pours an attractive gold color with Budweiser levels of clarity to it. 1/4" white head. Good looking beer. Your Love from James Brown rocks the house. I think Shawn brought this to a baseball tailgate.
The aroma doesn't punch much in the way of lager yeast, corporate overlords have never delved into that suggestive of a yeast profile, so no surprise they stay par for the course on this one. The loral hops are loral hops, so not much in the way of pops.
The taste is do-able like the town bike. Has a light 'normal' lager taste 2 row and whatnot, but with more hops than you're used in a lager generally. Light 7up feel to it, slight peppery bitterness in the mouth feel and the namesake produces a crisper feeling. I think that is a good descriptor, Loral lager, no surprises on that one essentially.
I'd be interested to see more of this beer. I could see it having a following if given the chance, let's see it at sporting events.

this is very solid, surprised it isnt rated a little better on here, its a real nice everyday lager, more flavorful than most, and indeed crispy, aptly named. they call it a juicy lager and its dry enough that im not so sure, but its definitely more hoppy than most, and i think distinctive in a style space where most of the beers taste more or less the same. they use cryo loral, a varietal bred for lagers and one im not sure ive seen as a cryo product, so this is pretty cool, somewhat educational too. blonde and middle of the road looking in terms of lightness, short head but nice carbonation from the tap. the nose is a little herbal, white tea and floral character, subtle honeysuckle and lemon verbena, i recognize loral but this doesnt bring the bitterness i expected when i taste it. the hop flavor is as bold as the aroma but not invasive, this is still easy lager first and hopped up beer second. the grain is pils-esque in its presentation to my senses, crackery, on the dry side, clean, with some lightly toasted breadiness. the yeast is not quite neutral, gives it a little old world appeal, and it sets up the hoppy finish well, but stays largely out of the way. i like the slight oily hop texture, the peppy carbonation, and the way this is still a clean refreshing easy lager but also more flavorful than most with this distinctive loral profile, just lightly bitter late. really good, one of the better hop valley beers ive had in awhile. this should absolutely crush for them.

12oz can from Albertsons. Pale , clear golden pour, fizzy white head fades quickly. Aroma is bready malts, light fruity notes. Taste is sweet malts, bread, and a light citric backend that gets chalky towards the finish. Light bitterness lingers.
