This was the only beer I thought could have been better when I visited Angry Chair. I was told it was brewed with Amarillo and Citra, maybe it just wasn't fresh. Got mostly grainy malts out of it, and I did start with this one, didn't put it up after a bigger IPA or other hefty beer. Otherwise Angry Chair blew me away with their beers.

Filled in Tampa. Flown back to MA and consumed 3 days from the filling date. Full review on phone during consumption.
A- Relatively clear deep gold body from a growler to four pint glasses. A small frothy white cap at about a finger. Large blanket and ring leaves decent spotty lace.
S- Fresh and hoppy. The comes donate notes mostly in the fruity range like citrus and stone fruit. Apricot, tangerines, floral and herbal tones with a bit of bready, caramel malts.
T- Hops are the main flavors but not a pungent palate destroyer. Clean, fresh and flavorful stone fruits, oranges, citrus zest, slight pine and floral notes. Just enough bread, light grains and dried fruit to round it out.
MF- Medium overall thickness with a high end carbonation. The texture is silky, crisp and frothy with a slight sting on the buds. Light to medium bitter finish.
A solid non hop monster fruit juice IPA. Balanced and fresh hop profile with light yeast and malts complimenting them.

A classic low ABV IPA with clearish, golden body, dirty, earthy aroma, minimal sweetness that balances the earthy, citric hop light body and finishes crisp and clean. Definitely enjoyable as a session IPA on a hot day.
