Great in short. Excellent malts, balanced, flavorful, and very good all around. It's a very good Porter (imo).
This is a fresh can, I just got within a week of brewing. Very good.

Crowler. Small amount of head. Color is dark brown, but looks thin. Smell is all hazelnuts and burnt malts. Flavor is the same - hazelnuts, malts, but no sign of the coffee. Good flavor overall. Mouthfeel is very thin. Didn't go well with the flavor. They need to thicken this up for it to work.

A light colored porter with a small head on top. Had a strong smell of coffee with a hint of hazelnut. Tasted like watered down coffee, hazelnut was nonexistent.

Poured from a growler into a snifter. Little to no head and no lacing as it was consumed. It smelled like a big hazelnut was shoved right into my nose. Fortunately for me I enjoy hazelnuts. Not much coffee notes as others have said, might be a tad present though.
This is a good beer to introduce someone to the world of craft beer to. No boozy taste. There is no way to taste it through the hazelnut.
