Bottle shared at Side Project release. From the bottle, this was a collaboration with Late Start brewing. Label read "Florida weisse beer" and appears this was brewed with almonds, oranges, lime, and pineapple. Huge head when poured, with a straw like color and semi hazy appearance. Tart nose, but really couldn't pick out a single scent above the others. Weiss-like taste with plenty of tartness aging through. While I enjoyed the beer and appreciated the chance to try another Angry Chair beer, I gave it a bit of a knock overall, because I didn't pick up any of the advertised adjuncts.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, blue session. Aroma is fresh and spicy with acacia flower notes. Taste is tart, lemony with acacia tea or cordial flavor. Dry and light body.
