From a 16oz can, undated. Purchased at the brewery 03/12/22. Served in an IPA glass.
Pours an opaque, thick-appearing, dull pineapple-gold with two-plus fingers of soft, pouffy, lather-like suds. Retention is excellent, leaving a heavy foam insulation-like cap and a tattered curtain of lacing.
Nose is thick and musky. Aromas of peach, apricot and sweat. Frankly, the beer smells like it just got laid.
Taste is in line with the nose, musky and super-dank. Tasting peach, pineapple, papaya, ripe melon and bhang water. Low but not totally lacking in bitterness, doughy with a slightly acidic but otherwise clean finish.
Feel is fluffy, medium-plus bodied with abundant fine, prickly carbonation.
Overall, this is the real deal. Definitely the dankest, most outrageously over-the-top, unsubtle and heavily hopped NEDIPA I’ve run across outside of the northeast. Heavy as fuck on the palate but there’s no sense of the 8% abv and I can’t stop going back for more sips - thank god I only got the one four-pack or it’d kill me.

Straight up murk bomb, all but opaque. No visible particulate or sediment. Excellent head production, retention, and lacing. Color is a dark orange with a hint of brown.
Very herbal nose, with bright, leafy green notes, pepper, and mild dankness. Almost lost, but peaking through here and there, are fruity tones of mango, orange, lemon, and papaya.
Smooth and pillowy on the palate, and much lighter than typical for 8%. Superb drinkability, although it's almost a little watery for me.
Much juicier and a touch danker on the palate than the nose. Papaya, peach, mango, melon, berries, and pineapple; lemon, mandarin orange, and ruby red grapefruit. It's fairly sweet, but not over the top. Very low bitterness and astringency; no hop burn; minimal alcohol.
This could easily become your morning juice. Wow!

Hazy deep gold with some clarity under fluffy two fingers of white foam; very good plus cap retention; medium heavy lacing; heavy ring. Strong dank weedy nose; pineapple, mango, with lemon rind on backend; onion as liquid warms. Taste is tropical fruit with a touch of citrus peel bitterness; onion middle; melon, pineapple, guava, grapefruit finish. Medium light, moderate carbonation, no warmth from 8% abv.; not fluffy, but juicy and soft feeling. Overall, easy drinking and tasty; for the most part the Mosaic plays nice with the Citra, although I could do without the onion notes; the feel is just right for me - juicy, but not full, soft but not pillowy; a NEIPA light in a DIPA format?; glad I bought a crowler, and I’d drink again in a heartbeat.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with a hint of orange, and there is a good head that is a little fluffy and has some lace patches. The aroma has hints of tangerine but really struck me as acidic and almost like orange juice. Smooth, slightly sticky, medium body, orange/tangerine sweetness and sharpness with a touch of white grapefruit that goes well with the dry and acidic biting finish. Beer is medium-bodied and pretty easy to drink as it warms and you get used to it.
