Fantastic Berliner Weiss that pours a champagne pink in the glass. The nose is sharp with acidity and authentic strawberry. This flavor profile is a rare find. It really does have an authentic, bright, juicy strawberry feel with a slightly creamy finish. The lactose softens the acidity which makes this a very sessionable sour. Great job from Angry Chair.
