Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a cloudy amber color and a sturdy head; shards of lacing linger
Smell: Grapefruit, toffee and aspirin tones
Taste: The toffee tones arrive first and underpin the hops; grapefruit bitterness builds through the middle and lingers into the finish, where it is joined by some aspirin influence
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A pretty traditional DIPA; bit of a throwback
