Cinnamon Macadamia-Nut Blonde Barleywine, you may recall the sweet scents and flavors reminiscent of a warm blonde cookie. Well, this brew has been spending time resting in bourbon barrels and has emerged even better than before. Clocking in at a full 12.5% abv, we will be calling this monster "Saucin" .

L: pours see through brown with a small off white head that fades fast
S: huge vanilla first, then some earthy nuts, then typical caramel covered raisins that I hope for in all my babw's.
T: vanilla upfront mixed with Cinnamon! The cinnamon isn't in the aroma, but comes in huge on the taste. Then comes the caramel covered raisins. This tastes like a bad ass cinnamon raisin oatmeal cookie. The bourbon faint and only present in the finish
F: thin, not sticky. Surprised. It is very drinkable, but the feel is disappointing.
