A- Crowler big boy can into a snifter reveals a pitch black body and a one finger off white crown. The head is thick and creamy and a solid blanket at the top leaves silky sheets of lacing.
S- Roasted and toasty malts make up the aroma. Cocoa powder, toasted nuttiness, chocolate, blackened barley, vanilla sweets, caramel, cereal and light a hint of fruits.
T- Rides a nice dividing line between the brown toasty and black roasted malt spectrum along with that smooth silky unique oatmeal touch. The beer opens with a bold dark 80% plus dark chocolate note that leads into roast barley, nuts, caramel, milk chocolate, dark coffee, a hint of spiced raisins, vanilla sweets and earthy hops.
MF- Medium bodied mouthfeel with a moderate level of carbonation. Silky luscious oatmeal creaminess and a bitter cocoa finish.
Bold roasted and toast flavors from the barley and a silky smooth pillowy body. A hint sweet but well balanced by the malt profile.

Pours very black with a small light caramel colored head the goes away quickly. Can smell the roasted malts with a little bit of sweetness. Has a oatmeal grainy taste.
