Spin on ROCKY ROAD, that sees the addition of freshly roasted coffee beans from Panther Coffee that melds harmoniously with the walnuts, Dominican cacao and marshmallow. The result is a surprisingly sippable after dinner treat.

Had this on tap at AC three times in July 2018. Have not found it again. Best dessert stout I've ever had and one I compare every other AC stout to. This is a rich beer but not overly sweet. Perfectly balanced flavors. The coffee rules in taste and smell. I recall this as perfect.

Dull black with a creamy, light brown bubbly blanket.
Chocolatey marshmallow pairs delectably with coffee that has a woody, toasty and semi-bitter forgiveness to it. In a way it all comes together with the walnut to develop a sort of charred brown sugar or even pecan pie character.
The thick sticky body is just damn delicious, and yet still smooth without being too gloppy or cloying. The coffee really rounds this out, turning the ridiculous pastry wonderland of the base into a somewhat balanced experience, relatively speaking.

Finally an angry chair beer that isn't sickeningly sweet. This was well balanced with a strong and pleasant coffee presence and mild sweetness. My favorite AC beer so far as I can actually drink more than 4 ounces of it.
