From a 16oz can, undated. Served in a tulip.
First half of the can pours an opaque, unnatural shade of yellow-orange, reminiscent of Tang reconstituted instant juice-like product. A scant half-finger of loose head slopes off almost instantly leaving no trace behind. Second half of the can pours like mango purée sludge. Possibly the ugliest supposed-beer I’ve ever seen.
Nose is sugary sweet and fruity. Aroma of tangerine, marshmallow and sticky-ripe tropical fruit. Strongly reminiscent of ambrosia salad.
Goddamn if I can’t actually taste Peeps - you evil bastards - sticky sugar-crystal coating and all. Tasting mandarin orange, passionfruit, kiwi, guava, lime, demerrara sugar and marshmallows. Sweet, tart, totally nothing like beer, certainly not as God intended man to drink it.
Feel is thick and juice-like. In fact, to all intents and purposes, it IS juice so let’s just call it that. There’s some gentle carbonation but, really, it’s irrelevant to the experience. I can feel the stomach acid commencing to roil and I wonder if there are any Rolaids in the house.
Overall, fuck, I have no idea how to rate this. I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it, because I did, but, in good conscience, I cannot pretend that it is remotely beer-like. It is an abomination.
Note: agitate can before opening! or only drink the top half of the can. Rinse glass immediately after drinking or you will never get it clean.

Very turbid darkly opaque orange-yellow with a moderate off-white head settling to a thin creamy blanket curled at the edges.
Extremely juicy passion fruit immediately explodes on the palate, as the Peeps give an underlying vanilla marshmallow note without being overly decadent or sweet. This is passion fruit through and through--seedy, spicy, tropical and slightly funky of that peachy sweatiness, while some of that goofy marshmallow character comes out primarily on the exhale.
The medium-light body has a creamy carbonation finishing tingly semi-dry, crisp and clean, and not sticky like you'd expect.
