A solid 4 all around. In addition to the grain I smell a hint of lemon. Full feel, not too much, but more than I expected for a light lager.

Nice, clean beer for anything food wise, sportswise, or otherwise.

Oh the days of BeerNV are gone sadly, but here is a review from back when they were open. Doubtful we're gonna see any Florida beers on tap in Reno in 2026, but let's try and keep it together here.

Pours a light golden appearance as was the style at the time. Big white head pops up but quickly recedes, not much in the way of retention is what I'm telling you. But everything else appearance wise was on the positive side of things. The aroma was largely absent, as was the style at the time as well.

The taste was superior that that of your typical light lager or AAL. The grain portion was most noticeable in comparison. Mild hop rate to keep the flow flowing. Su-su-sudio. While its not a knock your socks off Angry Chair pastry stout to split 58 ways, it meets its agenda tipping point, by being a no frills normal ass light beer. I like that it has a heavier mouthfeel than its appearance while still retaining the "integrity" of a light beer.

Poured a straw-gold body with minimal head and lace. Mild aroma that is nice, typical lagerness, a bit grassy and earthy even with some citrus. Smooth, clean, light touch of sweetness, some citric dryness in there as well and pretty much a nice lawnmower beer.

Very pale light gold appearance
Medium carbonation with a close to medium body but an overall nice feel.
Aroma is grain, malt, cereal, mildly floral and citrus.
Taste is very similar to aroma, grain, floral citrus with cereal and grain.
Overall this has shows up much bigger than the abv would suggest.

Many thanks to The_Kriek_Freak for this can!

Canned on: ??????

A - Light gold colored pour with perfect clarity, light carbonation, and a light dense white lacing ring.

S - Delicate, light crackery, grainy malt aroma.

T - Light crackery grain malt base sweetness from start to finish with a nice earthy citrus and bitterness over the top with a nice balanced finish.

M - Really thick for a 3.5% beer and not what I expected (in a good way).

O - Angry Chair did a nice job compensating for the low ABV and it drinks like a much bigger beer. Nicely done!

16oz can. No dating information nor ABV% information found.
Clear, pale straw colored body. Thin finger of white head, and this sticks around as a thin cap. Leaves behind some webs of lacing.
Aroma of lightly toasted grains.
Taste is lightly toasted grains, a light touch of lemon citrus, and a late hop bite of bitterness. Not much in the aftertaste.
Less than medium mouth feel, but crisp and clean finish. Very good carbonation.
Has above average aroma and taste expression for style. Good choice when one does not want to pay that much attention to the beer being imbibed.

Poured from a 16 ounce can.

Pours a transparent light gold color, with lots of carbonation. Smell is grain, not much else, but it's a good smell for a light beer. Taste is similar. Not much to it, but I mean that in the best way possible. Just nice and crisp. Same for the feel. Crisp, and easy to drink.

This is just a nice, simple beer, but if I lived close to Angry Chair, I'd have this in my fridge as often as I could. Perfect for many occasions.

Clear, pale yellow body; very active carbonation; thin, foamy head. Excellent grain aroma; cracker. The taste also brings out light, toasted cracker with a nice tinge of hop bitterness. Light body with a touch of creaminess; dry overall.

This light lager satisfies where other like beers fall short. The flavor and feel really standout. The look, primarily the head is disappointing although it also attains a richer, creamier texture as the beer settles. A very satisfying 3.9% ABV beer in nearly all respects.
