Imperial sweet stout aged in Widow Jane bourbon barrels then finished off with Haitian cacao nibs, Mexican vanilla beans and pieces of those little black and white cookies that we are all so familiar with.

750ml capped bottle into a BBT snifter.
Pours thick and rich. Thin, oily legs with great cling. Nose is peanut butter, graham crackers, milk chocolate, fudge, a touch of molasses, and barrel. Super aromatic and smells just as advertised. Beer opens chocolate, molasses, vanilla, and sweet cream. A touch of peanut butter and hazelnut in the middle with sweet soy sauce and syrup towards the end. Body is full with low carbonation. Syrupy and heavy on the palate and goes down heavy and boozy with a long, lingering aftertaste.
This is solid but a bit heavier and more syrupy than the others in the series.

This one pours a syrupy looking dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like coco powder, hot chocolate, and the milk after you crush a bunch of Oreos into it.
Like most Angry Chair barrel aged material, the barrel is not a strong influencing factor here. It’s really, really ungodly sweet, but it does approximate Oreos, or Oreo-studded fudge. It’s so fudgy and syrupy, and just outrageously chocolatey.
This is syrupy and lightly carbonated, with a big and sweet mouthfeel.
This is a bit too much - I’d want any semblance of barrel to help balance it out.

Wow. Bourbon and chocolate cold. More vanilla and Oreo cream in the middle. Lots of cocoa and Oreos cookies closer to room temp. A bit thin though. Nowhere near too sweet.

Poured from the bottle into a stemless tulip glass. Absolutely no head or carbonation. Medium viscosity legs left around the glass. Smell is dominated by chocolate fudge brownie, with slight hints of bourbon/barrel and vanilla. Taste is similar to the smell, but I get more of the bourbon/barrel character in the taste than with the smell. Slight, warming heat down the back of the throat. Mouthfeel is nice, not quite as rich as I like - velvety smooth as it goes down, though. Overall; very nice beer. Not as cloying as I would have expected. Nice balance between the beer, adjuncts and barrel.
