Cognac Barrel-Aged Joey’s Imperial Rye Porter started off as an imperial porter with a rye heavy malt bill. Post fermentation, we put this beer to rest in French oak Cognac barrels for 21 months. We get notes of fig, fruit leather, warm spices, caramel and cigars shine through from start to finish.
