Notes: We brewed this beer with our friends from American Solera and then aged it in bourbon barrels for 11 months. We then finished it in maple syrup bourbon barrels and vanilla bourbon barrels for an additional 4 months before adding more maple syrup, toasted pecans, vanilla beans and cacao nibs.
