6.3oz waxed and capped bottle into a Founders snifter. Shared with schen9303.
Pours dense and deep with a ton of adjunct sediment. No head, no lace, oily dark mocha legs that completely coat the glass and stick around for days. Nose is chocolate, molasses, hazelnut, and peanut butter with overtones of barrel. The nuttiness is huge. Beer opens hazelnut shell. Like a Ferrero Rocher. Chocolate syrup, molasses, and semi-sweet cocoa powder in the middle. Loads of peanut butter comes in towards the end. A sticky sweet and boozy barrel character throughout. Body is full with low carbonation. Slick, chewy, and dense on the palate. Warm and rich going down with a lingering aftertaste.
This isn't quite BA Wilfred but its still quite good in its own right. Definitely worth trying.

Hazelnut on the nose with subtle undertones of cinnamon, coconut & chocolate that intensify with temp; all IGCCS after a few minutes. The palate showcases hazelnut & coconut, finishing chocolate-forward and warming. Awesome pastry profile.
