Appearance - The beer was slick black in appearance.
Smell - The cinnamon and apples were able to stand out in the sea of stout.
Taste - At the front, were sweet apples and light cinnamon. The apple notes worked well with the base beer. There were also notes of vanilla. The apple and cinnamon were able to linger in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - This was a thick beer which allowed it to linger.
Overall - This was an excellent dessert beer.

750ml capped bottle into a Side Project snifter.
Pours a super dense, dark, pitch black. No lace of head. Super thick, oily, mocha legs. Nose is maple syrup, molasses, and fudge. I can actually smell the granola in this one. Pretty wild. Sharp vanilla and burnt sugar round this one out. Apple Brandy announces itself right at the start. Syrup, fudge, and molasses at the start. Layers of vanilla and iodine. More apple brandy with a touch of fudge and chocolate at the finish. Body is full with low carbonation. Slick and chewy on the palate and goes down warm with a lingering aftertaste.
Very solid even though I'm not a huge fan of apple brandy.
