Our incredible Duke’s Mayonnaise and Angry Chair collaboration. Inspired by the flavor profile of a classic Duke’s Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake, this imperial stout is loaded with coconut, chocolate, vanilla beans, marshmallows and lactose. It’s hard to recreate the perfection that is a Duke’s Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake, but we feel this beer does it justice. Layers of decadent chocolate on chocolate, vanilla frosting and fluffy moist cake.

Delicious sweet stout! It does not contain mayo. It tastes like the cake.

16oz. Can into a Side Project snifter.
Pours pitch black. Thin, dark mocha colored head. Thick legs, spotty lace. This checks all the boxes. Nose is chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow. Very sweet. Layers of lactose. Beer opens chocolate, molasses, vanilla, and marshmallow. Cane sugar and more vanilla in the middle. Sweet cream, chocolate, and coca cola in the end. A bit too sweet for me. Body is medium to full with low carbonation. Slick and creamy on the palate. Goes down soft with some bubbles. Long, lingering finish.
The sweetness in this one is a bit over-the-top for me. Like drinking syrup.

Pours dark, tan mild head and lacing. Strong scents of sweet chocolate and roasted dark malt. Taste is bittersweet cocoa more than anything, a bit of a tanginess. Medium bodied, subtle booze. Very chocolatey, more than lives up to the name.

poured from a 16oz can into a SP BBT21 lightbulb snifter. pours dark brown but gathers in the glass a shiny black with a finger of mocha brown foam head. vanilla and chocolate on the nose with roasted malts in the background. taste is more sweet coconut, marshmallow and chocolate. thick, full mouthfeel. it’s definitely on the sweeter side but if you’re in the mood for that this is fantastic.

Poured a black body with minimal head. Coconut and chocolate aroma. Smooth, only a tad rough, very chocolate to point almost cloying with a coconut slickness and slightly boozy finish.
