Collaboration with Side Project Brewing.
Perhaps the biggest, thickest, highest ABV beer we've ever made. This beer starts with a collaborative sticky sweet base stout, then gets hit with hand toasted pecans, pralines and multiple pounds of vanilla beans from Vanuatu, Comoros and Papua New Guinea. The result is layers upon layers of sweet brown sugar pecans with an almost classic buttercream frosting character.

Butter Pecan ice cream on the nose. Palate is rich & thick, very sweet & echoing those heavy butter pecan vibes. Backend notes of chocolate syrup & a touch of roast. Cloyingly sweet, but ABV is insanely well-hidden.

Bottle pour; there's notes of praline early, and then it devolves into sugary sweetness and little else.

Poured a black body with minimal head that quickly died. Aroma is slightly boozy and vanilla. Taste is like vanilla with twist of chocolate syrup and hides booze well, although a little heat on finish, as beer is sticky and syrupy in a heavy body that is a little cloying with heavy finish and is a slow sipper.
