Poured a black body with almost no head nor lace. The aroma is like dark fruits, almost like a port wine, with black cherry, figs, prunes coming through along with a boozy woodiness. The beer is woody and smooth, comes across like a plums and brandy, with a heated boozy sweetness that makes for a slow finish and seems to have some fig-like sweetness in the finish.
