Opacity: Slightly veiled to light hazy.
Color: Pale straw with almost no activity.
Head: Foamy 2 finger.
Legs: Faint but good swirl reaction.
Smell: Flowery/Hay/Honey.
Taste: Lemon/Wheat/Coridander.
Feel: Barnyard/Citrusy/Floral.
Body: Medium to full slick and smooth, slightly oily.
Carbonation: Moderately crispy.
Overall: Very good quality delicate Saison, rounded like a heavy Witbier, though I find this alright for a table Saison.
