Poured a lightly hazy bright yellow color ale with a very large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light funky ester with some wet leather notes, peppery yeast notes with some nice rustic malt notes. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt notes with some peppery yeast notes and some funky ester of wet leather. Body is full for style with really good carbonation. Extremely well brewed beer with a great balance of flavors reminiscent of Orval.
