Pours clear, dark yellow, small head, substantial carbonation. Smell is mild, lemon and bread yeast. Lager funk. Taste is light and grainy, grain tea and a slight lager funk or woody tang. Mouthfeel is very light and dry. Nice beer.

Pours a clear lemon color with a nice white head. Smell is malty and citrus hoppy. Taste is bready with citrus hops. A smooth mouth feel more malts than hops clean finish.

Growler: Poured a clear golden color lager with a nice large thick foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes is actually quite pleasant. Taste is also dominated by clean cereal notes with some light subtle residual sugar notes. Light floral notes could also be detected. Body is about average with good carbonation. Probably my favorite beer from this brewer.
