William the Hippopotamus was feared by sailors and farmers alike on the banks of the Nile River in Ancient Egypt. It was only fitting we name our "Imperial Chowder Stout" after the Ballsy Beast! Brewed in collaboration with Bleeding Heart Brewery with 70lbs of oysters from Brave Harbor and 110lbs of seasoned, Birch roasted, potatoes from VanderWeele Farms in Palmer. Just when you thought we couldn't get any weirder!
