On tap at Market of Choice.
A hazy straw yellow with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing this looks solid. Straw, raw wheat, light pineapple and orangoe peel, lemonade, Berliner like in grain character but with a noticeable Brett earth and clove note. Palate opens mildly funky and moderately grainy with wheat, straw, clove, pineapple, lemon, a moderate bitterness. The mid palate is fizzy and overcarbonated. Drying, bitter, on the finish with lingering Brett notes. Bitterness is a little excessive. Solid, the lack of a barrel derived funk does render this a little simple.
