Collab with Allegory Brewing in McMInnville. Dry Hopped Mexican Lager
Pours the expected corn oil coloured body but the head is big and frothy.
Aroma is just sweet malt as far as i can discern..maybe a tiny bit of grassy hop if i stick my nose into the can.
Taste is not really my idea of a Mexican Lager..not enough corn. Its quite sweet has some mineral appeal. This seems more a sweeter kolsch to me.
Mouth feel is average for the supposed style.
I didnt like this too much. The sweetness gets cloying in the end. Stick to Carta Blanca or Session Cerveza
