On tap at the brewery taproom. Now a year around brew according to the bartender.
This saison is cucumber filtered! Knowing this, I can taste it and account for some of the very refreshing nature of this ale.
Good looking, with a small but semi-durable white head that leaves some lacing.
Well crafted and distinct saison with nice fruit, cucumber and floral notes. Lightly sweet balance with some faint tart notes.
Nice lively feel in the medium-light body.
