Poured from the tap into a snifter at the Battlefield Brew Works in Gettysburg, PA. This is a world class pumpkin ale. The dark reddish brown color of the beer and the fantastic aroma are very inviting. The pumpkin and spice flavor mixed with some caramel malt and hops give this an incredible flavor. the icing on the cake was the rimming of the snifter with sugar and cinnamon; this really brought out the pumpkin flavor and concealed he heavy ABV.
