12oz canned 04/05/22 (5 weeks ago) poured into a becher glass at fridge temp 7.5% ABV and 30 IBU per label. The beer pours hazy medium amber with minimal light khaki head. The head recedes to a pencil thin ring and splotchy layer of tiny bubbles. Minimal lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet notes of fruit and pale malt. The taste is semisweet apricot along with wheat and pale malt. There's a vague tartness and minimal bitterness despite the advertised IBUs. The mouthfeel is medium plus bodied with below average carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall, a rare miss from Taxman, in my opinion. Under carbed and flabby, as opposed to bright and refreshing.

A - Largely opaque dark orange body, huge off white head, fluffy and rocky, and lines of tight bubble lacing.

S - Funk and steeped tea, peach and other stone fruit, and subtle limestone and sweetness.

T - Bright fruity acidity, strong tea notes, and a slightly sharp bitter line that lingers under tart stone fruit highlights.

M - Mild carbonation, a bit of residual weight, and a hint of alcohol warmth on the tongue.

O - A big, punchy Saison, with nice fruit flavors and a powerful funky undercurrent.

Pour is light hazy, orange. Foamy, medium, Whitehead that Fades fast.

Smells fruity, earthy, floral and bready.

Taste Citrus, tart fruit, orange peel and floral. Followed by Bready and earthiness. Finishes dry with a light Funk linger. Medium body and fizzy medium carbonation.

Draft at elm street brewery. The beer is Ruby in color with slight head.
The smell is earthy and fruity. Like a strawberry cherry mix. Straw as well.
The taste is the same. Berries and straw
The mouthfeel is tart and dry leaving you wanting more.
Overall, I would drink this again.

Pours a huge, frothy white head. Hazy, straw color. Nice floral, spicy hop aroma with bready yeastiness, fruit develops in the nose once the head recedes. Starts with a surprisingly bitter front with notes of fruit and booze. There is a spicy hop and malt mix after this. The finish is soft fruity apricot on hop bitterness.

This is pretty good. Surprisingly bitter, but very complex and balanced, nonetheless.
