Pours a huge, frothy white head. Yeast, malt, and floral hops in the nose. Clear, golden color. Starts with a bright floral hoppiness. A touch of bitterness that builds into a nice medium bitterness. Rich, spicy notes and floral flavors.
This is pretty good. It has a nice spiciness and lots of fun, complex floral notes.

Appearance: Cloudy golden amber, with a huge head of off-white suds. Thick lace.
Aroma: Spicy, sweet from the honey.
Taste: Heavy and flavorful, for sure, with orange blossom and wildflower honey adding a sweetness to the spicy Belgian saison yeast. Complex, yes, and an enjoyable sipper.

It's like a hoppy Peroni with a really floral/chamomile tasting background. The honey is a nice touch. There's a bit of a sour feel to the beer as well. It's light and pretty refreshing, yet really strange. It takes a little to get used to and then the flavors start to shine through better.
