A - Yellow body, slight orange tint, starts clear, pour clouds as you pull down the bottle. Head is puffy, mixed bubble white head, lots of lacing. Pretty.
S - A lot of limestone minerality, shredded wheat malt notes, and slight funky hit.
T - Bright open, hints of lemon and cracker, banana bread, and a hint of chalk in the close.
M - Clean, crisp, lots of carbonation.
O - This is a fine Saison, and a successful experiment. The flavors are rich full, and hitting the right notes. The feel is superb. Truly enjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a nice finger of head that sticks around a while. The nose is all straw and sunshine, with hard biscuit and delicate wisps of floral notes and dried banana chips. The flavors are a bit less nuanced but still quite pleasant, introducing a wee bit of pepper and good hop character. A promising start to a new series of releases.
