Poured from a 375 mL bottle, a cloudy golden color with fluffy head and moderate lacing. Straw and yeast on the nose, with vinous notes that emerge nearer to room temperature. A light tartness on the palate to complement floral hops and honey. One of the better entries in Taxman's quarterly saison series.
