Spin-Off - Pineapple-Orange

Pouring this from a 12 oz. can into a tulip glass, this beer pours out clear and an orange shade of gold. It forms a thin off white crown that dissipates, leaving only a ring attached to the glass. Very small sediment floating throughout. The smell is earthy funk mixing with a "Hi-C" like orange element, pineapple and a pungent tartness smell to it as well. The taste comes in being juicy with orange flavors. Almost like a New England style IPA except with a great saison background with the earthy funk. Seems a tad bit flat to me and I would love it with some more bounce. Super dry and crisp with a nice and balanced tartness. I really love how the saison base and background play a role in this while allowing the juicy presence to come through with orange and pineapple.
