Clear copper brown with a tan cap. Let this one warm up! Smell captures the barrel so nicely: whiskey, rustic oak, molasses, bitters, and booze, with toffee, wheat, barley, earth and vanilla. Taste is the same but a touch dark in complexion, absolutely love the complexity of roasted and wheat notes interacting with the barrel: add earth and toast to the mix. Feel is sweet at first, but a few sips it is grounded in the booze, oak, and wheat too, great depth. An incredible wheatwine, the best to date
