Appearance - The beer poured from the draft a brownish-rex hue with a white head.
Smell - The nose was sweet, but was balanced with a dry sense of oakiness.
Taste - Initially, the profile seemed sweet like maraschino cherries. It was a balanced by dry oak notes. The sweetness was pretty constant, but was balanced by the dryness. The sweetness was not crying or over bearing. I did, however, carry through to the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - The body was not as thick as it should be ideally, but it had thickness. Carbonation was low.
Overall - The beer was positively delightful.
