A clear gold color with a tiny white head. No lace.
Pleasant fruity aroma, some floral hops.
Fruity taste, apples. Mild late hops.
Dry mouthfeel, fun to drink.

Bought from Beer Drop and a reminder I need to buy more from them to get these high quality Colorado brewers.
Chin Chin is a decent addition to the devil ales made famous by Duvel. While it lacks the riotously rocky head of Duvel, Chin Chin still Looks the part with enough foam and clarity to invite me in. Smells are slightly more on style, fruity mostly and not a hint of its 7.7 ABV. Tastes are true, but balanced fruity/hoppy and, even, semi-dry. Bubbles are good and add to a good quench. Overall, Chin chin is deserving of the second can I bought.
6/26/21 Had the second can and really can't change the rating. Chin Chin is an accomplishment for a seven year old. But what I'm really liking about Diebolt is how they are keeping alive the Biere de Garde. A continent and an ocean away from the Belgium/France border, Diebolt has an interesting focus. And I want more of what they brew. For Chin Chin, I'm keeping count over at UnTappd.
