The most powerful farmer in the brewniverse, Hay-Man, goes against the bland beverages of Mass Production to save the flavors of the planet Saison and protect the recipes of Farmhouse Graybolt. Created using hay as a mash filtration bed which adds a subtle spiciness and notes of tea.

Had on tap @ the brewery.
On arrival just over one finger of white fine head was present that eventually dissipates to a ring and some islands of bubbles, no lacing. Body is a clear hay-gold.
Aroma is lemony with a backing of farm funk just like a saison should be. It's actually quite bright.
Taste follows the aroma with a nice yeasty citrus flavor, but is quite drinkable and is crisply malty as well. Very drinkable and balanced with a very light tartness and bitterness.
The feel Is crisp and light as the ABV suggests, but the finish is surprisingly long. Overall a dry beer.
Overall, this was surprisingly enjoyable. Citrus forward in the yeast with a few barnyard as well as hay flavor that melds perfectly. Crispyyyy.
