Boulder Brett is an IPA fermented 100% with a six-strain-blend of Brettanomyces. The Brett creates intense pineapple and strawberry characteristics along with mild barnyard funk. Massive late-kettle hopping and dry hopping with German Hüll Mellon add notes of honeydew.
