Love Machine is a red sour with cacao nibs and a blend of tart and sweet cherries. The cacao adds subtle chocolate flavors, and the flavors from the cherry blend with the lactic acidity to create a balanced flavor profile. A brettanomyces fermentation imparts subtle funk.
