12 oz can. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow color with a fresh creamy 1 finger head. Smell of tangerine orange pineapple and melon. Superb NE Style brew here its an overload of juicy hops so pungent and so tasty. Hop tastes of melon and pineapple mix with many citrus fruits, slight danky hops also with just a touch of bitterness . Mouth feel is sweet and creamy juicy and non bitter. This IPA is as good as it gets if you like the NE IPA. Highly recommended.

The tangerine plant in all of its irresistible glory- its juices, peels, ribs and seeds; its leaf, bark and sap; even its roots are somewhat represented in this dripping, succulent, juicy orange flavored beer. And that's the kicker- not a single citrus plant was hurt in the making of this beer. ...but a fuck-ton of hops sure were!

It high celebration of the "Citra" hop variety, Odd13's Codename: Superfan (DDH) pours with a high hop haze, nearly turbid, obviously unadulterated by excessive filtration fills the room with those tantalizing tangerine, orange and nectarine scents. So rich, its almost a buttered citrus scent that carries over to a supple caramelized taste and a swath of honey and simple sweetness disguised as nectar.

And even more citrus character comes forth as the taste rolls along the tongue. Radiant lemon, lime, passionfruit and gooseberry play out underneath the influence of oranges while a tangy-sweet taste conjures childhood memories of creamsicle. The bitterness of citrus piths, ribs and rind tighten the hop's grip on the back of the throat as the finish prefers a sharp bite with grassy, tomcat and semi-dank nuances waft about.

Medium-light in body and drying more and more as the taste rolls along, the finish is grippingly bitter on the gullet with fresh sawdust and floral orange blossom all at once. Verbena and cannabis pungency is as rewarding in aftertaste as it is curious. Biting alcohol only plays into the bitterness as the ale drinks much smoother than it should.

here is your new colorado ipa folks, an absolute masterpiece from these guys, who should be awfully proud of themselves. the original superfan is outstanding beer, but this dry hopping takes it to the next level. they dont tell us what they use, but you can guess its a nice mix of southern hemisphere and northwestern stuff. thick hazy brew somewhere between yellow and orange, looks like raw honey in the glass under a full and flush pure white head with lovely staying power. pineapple juice in the nose and taste, fresh squeezed oranges, lemon zest, tons of citrus and tropical stuff, mosaic and amarillo come to mind. pungent would be an understatement, as would juicy, but what are the exponential literary expressions of those terms ya know? there is a sturdy bitterness too though, very much still ipa. this is straight hop candy, but its not sweet, i wonder if there is some wheat in here clouding and fluffing this up, as there is almost no yeast flavor to it, surprising considering the density. mild wet woody notes to this, maybe a more familiar hop there, centennial? this is on par with some of the best stuff coming out of vermont and the rest of new england, and if it was packaged into a heady topper can, people would be reviewing it just as favorably. this will get these guys famous, or at least it should. mainline me some of this for the summer please!

12 oz can. Pours cloudy yellow, finger white head fades to a thin layer, soapy lace. Huge juicy orange citrus aroma. Tastes like it smells, juicy hops with a sweet cracker malt taste, floral notes, delicious. Medium soft mouthfeel. This is an outstanding IPA, got as an extra, gonna have to seek some more of this one out.

This was MUCH better with a couple of weeks on it. Probably the best thing I've had from Odd13. I really hope they can grab more hops so we can get this one again.
