Look: Before pouring, the bottle was lightly agitated in order to get the sediment back into suspension. The beer pours a very pale, dull yellow. A very thin layer of foam after thin initial pour dissipates quickly. This is a very turbid beer with a fair number of small, unidentifiable particles visible.

Smell: A light funk is present along with unripe strawberries and a hint of foliage, almost like whole, unripe strawberries were crushed and put in the glass.

Taste: Follows the smell. The funk, always very light, becomes slightly more noticeable as the beer warms up. Again, the whole, unripe strawberries make their presence felt, however, the tartness of the beer dominates the flavor profile.

Feel: There is the slightest bit of carbonation evident after agitation, otherwise, the beer is flat. Because of the amount of sediment, and the lack of carbonation, this beer almost drinks like a juice.

Overall: This is a good beer. The unripe strawberry aroma and flavor was pleasant and complimented the tartness well. I think that with some carbonation that this beer could be very good.
