A thanks to the commander of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a bright yellow color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of guava, citrus. Taste is juicy, citrus, guava, light malts and bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.

Brief impression from a can nabbed as part of a sixer from Argonaut Liquor, Denver, CO:
6.0% ABV. "Single malt single hop India Pale Ale."
Tugs an odd profile out of Amarillo, my favourite hop...cantaloupe, melon, floral hop notes. Pale malts keep any hop bitterness in check, but it doesn't seem all that bitter to begin with. Fresh hewn grass emerges as it warms.
Well-carbonated, medium-bodied, smooth, wet, slightly juicy. Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, rough or scratchy.
Drinkable if a bit underwhelming since it's intended as an IPA. Fails to showcase amarillo well, but it's rather approachable fare.

Hazy, light peach colored body; thick, frothy, billowy head; sticky globs of foam along the glass. Grapefruit and lemon aroma. Strong grapefruit flavor; biscuit-like malt flavor hovers in the background. Medium body; tart and dry with a soft, pillowy feel.
This is an outstanding SMaSH IPA, bringing out some fine amarillo hop character atop a mild malt backbone.

12 oz can, canned on 5/14/18. Pours milky orange yellow with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet tropical fruit hops and wheat malt.
The flavor is sweet wheat malts and citrus with some resiny piney hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.
Overall, a nice fruity resiny NE IPA. I think I'd like a little more fruit and a little less resin.

12 oz. Can
Canned On: 05/09/18
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy pale yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, guava, mango, apricot, pear), some diesel. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, guava, mango, apricot, pear), nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! Nice to see this one, and something new from Odd13 around here. Really surprised that I'm adding it to the database.
