Picked up a can of the "Vic's Secret DDH" Codename Superfan from the Craft Beer Quick Stop cooler on 10-2-19 for $2.39. Canned on 9-20-19.
Beer poured a hazy golden orange with a very nice white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose has hints gooseberry and passion fruit.
Taste is gooseberry and passion fruit forward over a smaller malt base. Finishes with some rind and a touch of pine; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a nice bitter IPA that was fun to try at a reasonable price!
