Faintly cloudy, light honey colored body; strong carbonation; thick, frothy, white and creamy head; splotchy, small patches of foam cling to the glass. Exquisite aroma blend of light caramel with berry and melon esters. Excellent flavor for the style; light, sugary sweetness; delicate spiciness, ginger; mild bitterness. Heavy body; sticky; big residual sugar mouthfeel; semi-dry finish.
The alcohol content keeps hidden in the background while the huge malt bill and hop presence work their wonder on the palate. Nicely balanced and complex for the style.
