Pours a light yellow with a small frothy white head. The smell has the obvious apricot aromas with an almost champagne note with a hint of sour. The taste is more sour beer style then wheat even though it is listed at Staas as an apricot wheat. A nice crisp flavor and mouthfeel, smooth and light. Overall a good beer, different then what I expected, but a nice refreshing beer for the style.
