Saison fermented with 100% Brett strain
A- bright yellow slight hazed with a 2 finger bright white head nice lacing
S- fruity and spicy with a wet hay smell
T- citrus hops and cracked pepper taste mixes with slight musty funk and cracker meal
M-nice carbonation crisp and dry finish
O- tasty Saison nice brett touch very drinkable liked this one
