Bottled 3/19/15. 6.7% ABV per the label.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, spice, yeast, and slight fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, earth, spice, yeast, fruit, and Brett like flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that has what I think is some Brett that comes out in the taste.
