First had in February 2015, poured from 22-oz. bomber into water glass. Barrel-aging took a very good beer to greatness. Unfortunately, Hipster Breakfast has been retired, so good luck finding a remaining bottle of this version.

Enjoyed in a shot glass at the Avenue Pub
A: Smoky brown, just like the regular Hipster. Except this one doesn't have the never-ending head. Barrel aging takes the head clean off and leaves a clean slate.
S: Light chocolate and heavy bourbon permeate this little treat.
T: Much smoother than the bottled version. The bottle had very watery carbonation and the taste just didn't match the draft edition. A good blend of Hipster's smooth, mellow chocolate taste with a splash of bourbon on the side. Let it warm for maximum pop.
M: Medium with a more subtle carbonation.
O: Like sipping good bourbon with a bit of chocolate thrown in. Smooth and decadent.
