Pours a hazed amber with 3 fingers of cream colored head. Great lacing & head retention, stays head
S: Pomelo, graininess & pears
T: Peach, grapefruit, mango up front. Grapefruit & pomelo, some breadyness as this warms. Finishes a little bready, with some pear & grapefruit, plus mango
MF: Medium body with sparkling carbonation, nicely balanced
So easy to drink, well done!

Appearance: Lighter hazy shade of gold with fine white bead and very good lacing.
Aroma: Strong heavy hops, like a dark forest floor where some nicely scented plants are growing.
Taste: Relativity full flavor of hops with emerging notes of pine, citrus zest and something a bit floral. Malt is there with a touch of richness but mostly as a carrier for the hops. No sweetness and hops getting stronger toward the finish which leaves a lingering bitter aftertaste. Hop City for those who wish to reside there.
Texture: Rather past medium bordering on full.
Overall: Part of their Cicada Series of limited brews. I get where they're going but next time I'm taking a different bus.

Hazy light amber-orange color with a foamy white head. Bright aromas of orange, grapefruit, and bread. Taste was sharply bitter citrus with pone and earthy tones. Subtle dry malt background. Great IPA.

Appearance: Arrives hazy and amber colored, with a fluffy head that provides a good amount of lacing action
Smell: Citrusy and juicy with some tropical fruit tones, as well
Taste: Citrusy, up front, with lemon/lime and grapefruit pith bitterness arriving, through the middle; just a touch of cracker malt, underneath
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
.
Overall: I was very surprised and pleased to find this beer in New Orleans; something good from Mississippi comes

A great sessionable IPA. Dank and citrusy but not too complex for multiple drinks. The nose and aroma is spot on with hints of grapefruit and tangerine. I will hunt this down every year.

This is a really good session beer, I know it's abv is a little higher than a typical session ale, but oh well. It's juicy, hoppy and doesn't lack flavor at all. Well done.
